The spaciousness (if there is such a word!) of the rooms in the property. The heating was left on for us even though it did not get that cold. Plenty of hot water for the showers. All in all, suberb-value cottage. Owner on-site was particularly helpful.

"Delightful cottage, so well equipped. Very friendly and helpful hosts. A good centre for days out in all directions. We can recommend The Fir Tree pub at Much Cowarne on the A4103. The Newtown Inn near traffic lights on the A4103 and A417 does an extra special meal but you may need to book"

"We have enjoyed being in the centre of a working farm"

"It's the little things that make the difference. We've had a great week exploring nearby towns and relaxing in between"
Jeff and Anthea Holland - Essex

It was spacious and relaxing within the property, the owners were extremely helpful and friendly, allowing the children to be part of their farm, explaining all that they wanted to know. We were made to feel very welcome right from the start. The welcome pack of milk, eggs and cake were wonderful. The children said it was their best holiday ever and would like to return/live on a farm.
