fridge, fridge freezer, microwave, sandwich toaster, toaster,
TV and CD radio cassette player. The numerous oak units house
enough crockery, cutlery, china, pots, pans, dishes and jugs
for more than 10 people. |

a cosy atmosphere for 8 people plus 2 highchairs. |

| Prepare your favourite gourmet
delights or a light snack in this delightful kitchen. Eat you
meals in the dining area or enjoy an outdoor experience on our
large patio complete with furniture and BBQ. |

| The utility room has an automatic washing machine,
tumble dryer, brooms, mops, buckets etc. A washing line is also
available for use in the garden area. |

| The cloak room houses coat hooks, iron, ironing
board, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, baby bath and baby changing
